Yes! it's still raining but don't be deaf because God is still whispering to us through that storm, through that rain. All we need to do is hold on because He holds unto us, be faithful because He is faithful. Praising is not only in times of blessings but praising is much more needed in hard times of our lives (Habakkuk 3:17-18). We are not praising based on what He gives us but we are praising because He is our Lord. And that's what a matured Christian really is.
